You’ll have the chance to be involved in a wide range of topics and activities, and will have the time to develop yourself on the job by partaking in ongoing projects. Topics that you take on involve matters such as inflow, throughflow and outflow, absenteeism management and health and safety matters, correspondence, and taking care of HR reports and improvement projects to improve our employee experience. Part of the job is to deal with ad hoc questions and topics, and it’s critical you easily switch between different tasks. Accuracy, flexibility and a customer mindset are critical to be successful in this position. Communication with many stakeholders at all levels in the organization is easy for you, and you’re comfortable expressing yourself in English (the company language).

Your day-to-day job

  • Operational handling of day-to-day HR tasks
  • Point of contact for employees, managers and international colleagues
  • Point of contact for external stakeholders (Tax authorities, IND, suppliers etc.)
  • Enable the HR Business Partners to deliver HR value to the MT
  • Initiate and implement improvements in HR services
  • Onboarding of new colleagues
  • Preparation of management information
  • Participation in projects

We are looking for

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR Operations, preferably in international organizations
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or ADP Workforce
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch Labour Law and HR regulations
  • Proactive, independent, customer-oriented, flexible worker who gets energy from the accurate handling of matters and can plan and organize well
  • You are always looking for improvement, like sharing your input in a constructive manner and coming up with concrete points for improvement
  • Experience as a Case Manager is a plus
  • Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus
