Miele X is experiencing rapid growth, and as a result, we are seeking a Knowledge Content Intern to join our team. As a member of the Knowledge team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and informative content for our organizational Knowledge base. The primary focus will be on topics related to eCommerce business, global market trends, and organizational updates.
Your day-to-day job
- Support the Knowledge team to deliver and maintain high-quality content
- Assist in the maintenance of the organizational digital knowledge platform
- Generate Confluence-based articles to enhance organizational efficiency
- Develop engaging social media-style content for internal knowledge sharing
- Construct and update content data dashboards
We are looking for
- Ideally a background in Journalism, Media/Digital Content Management, or (Creative) Writing
- Possesses a creative, ambitious, and pragmatic mindset, capable of handling diverse tasks and topics
- Proactive with a can-do attitude and highly self-organized
- Fluent in article creation and its content KPIs
- Proficient in handling content analytics data
- Excellent Business English
