Miele X is experiencing rapid growth, and as a result, we are seeking a Knowledge Content Intern to join our team. As a member of the Knowledge team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and informative content for our organizational Knowledge base. The primary focus will be on topics related to eCommerce business, global market trends, and organizational updates.
Your day-to-day job
- Support the Knowledge Team in delivering and maintaining high-quality content
- Assist in the migration and management of our digital knowledge platform
- Create knowledge content, including articles, images, charts, and more, to enhance organizational efficiency
- Provide operational support for knowledge programs
We are looking for
- Preferred: master's student or master's graduate in Journalism, Media/Digital Content Management, Communications, or a related field
- Highly motivated, analytical, and pragmatic, capable of handling diverse tasks and topics
- Proactive with a can-do attitude and excellent self-organizational skills
- Proficient in creating articles and understanding content KPIs
- Excellent command of Business English
