Your day-to-day job

  • Data Analysis - Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights and trends from customer engagement data.
  • Support on Content Creation - Assist in the creation of engaging content across various platforms to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty. Work closely with content creators to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and customer preferences.
  • Support the Team on Logic and Use Cases Creation - Provide valuable input and assistance in the development of logic and use cases for customer engagement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative solutions and strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Competitor Analysis - Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitors' customer engagement strategies, including content, platforms, and tactics. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to inform our own strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare Reports and Presentations - Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all deliverables, presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Learning on the Job How to Use Our Engagement Platforms - Engage in hands-on learning opportunities to become proficient in using our engagement platforms and tools. Work closely with experienced team members to gain practical experience and develop valuable skills.
