We work closely with all the Miele X and HQ teams to turn their brilliant ideas into reality. That means developing the systems behind the fantastic digital user experience Miele delivers. As part of Miele’s global IT organisation, our teams are based both in Amsterdam and at Miele’s global HQ in Gutersloh, Germany.

Working together

Frontend

We build the digital face of Miele for our customers. It’s vital work, transforming UX/UI designs into code. And ensuring customers get the very best online experience.

Quality Assurance

We make sure our work always meets the highest standards. That means pushing automation for high test coverage. So customers only ever have the best online experience for Miele.

DevOps

We run the underlying infrastructure and processes behind all our systems. So, we manage any incidents and deal with any problems. All to ensure our customers enjoy a frictionless shopping experience.

Solution Architecture & Backend Development

We ensure that Miele stays at the forefront of online shopping. That means creating end-to-end solutions that are future-proof and maintainable. Building the business logic for our online offering. And integrating our eCommerce experience within Miele’s global IT systems.

Rollout & Migration

We roll out a variety of digital solutions and systems across the Miele business. That means working closely with Miele’s teams across 50+ global markets to ensure every system rollout and migration goes smoothly for everyone.

Professional Business

We digitise our Professional business. This means developing specific tailored digital shopping technical solutions to meet the needs of Miele’s Professional customers.

Examples
of our work

SAP Commerce Cloud migration

We needed a scalable architecture to handle ongoing growth and peaks in demand. And wanted to improve page speed, stability and performance. So, we migrated SAP Commerce from a private to a public cloud model, based on Azure.

The results? Stable system performance. Much improved deployment processes. Autoscaling for peaks. And 30% faster page load times across the site.

Headless project

In Headless, by separating the client-facing Frontend from the e‑commerce platform, we can update it quickly without impacting the whole system.

This gives us faster time to market. And by creating a new modular Frontend using technologies like Nuxt and hosting it on the public Cloud, we’re improving the user interface to offer a richer, frictionless shopping experience.

Cypress Test Automation Framework

State of art testing backs up all Miele website developments. So, we use the Cypress.io test automation framework for day-to-day testing to achieve consistency in regular regression. And integrating it with Browserstack ensures we test cross devices and browser support.

We also use Percy.io to monitor UXO optimisation developments, ensuring visual regression is covered on every pull request.
