We bring the Miele brand closer to consumers through delightful and seamless digital experiences. So, our agile and dynamic international team in Amsterdam works closely with Miele’s HQ teams in Germany to deliver world class communications.
Social media platforms are the gateway for Miele to engage new and existing customers. So, we use them to start conversations that build brand love with Miele’s audiences and share with them our incredible products and services.
Working closely with the global brand team, we ensure a holistic approach to content creation. It’s about ensuring all our branding and messaging is consistent and effective across all digital touchpoints.
To celebrate Christmas, we developed an engaging social media campaign to keep the brand in our consumers’ minds at this special time of year.
So, we created a miniature traditional German-style Christmas village with relevant Miele branding. Then we launched a video of this festive scene across a variety of social media platforms.
To support Miele’s global activities during Black Friday sales, we created and led a multidisciplinary team to develop a bespoke campaign toolkit based on a central creative digital framework.
This included a flexible creative platform, performance tracking dashboard and media recommendation.
To bring Miele closer to customers, we needed to understand how they use our products in their homes. So, we created an engaging, relevant and useful social media campaign that addressed the most asked questions about doing the everyday laundry.
Using a bit of humour and relating to customers’ real lives, the campaign highlighted how Miele can support them in a meaningful way.
Eleonora moved to the Netherlands in 2016. After graduating, she discovered a passion for social media while managing the Amstel social media accounts in Rwanda. Coming back to the Netherlands, she pursued her passion working for the Heineken Global accounts, to then join Miele X in 2021 as Social Media Content manager.
Sanderijn was born and raised in Rotterdam. She worked for a chocolate brand for more than five years, where she developed a passion for digital marketing to enable brands to tell their stories to the right audiences. After working for herself with various brands, she heard about Miele X and joined us in 2021.
Monny moved to the Netherlands over 20 years ago with her Spanish-Peruvian family. After graduating in international marketing & management studies, she pursued her passion for digital marketing in various roles at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Rituals Cosmetics. In 2021 she joined the digital campaign team at Miele X as a Digital Campaign manager.
Originally from Italy, Chiara completed a Business Master in Paris, before moving to Amsterdam. With an interest in the dynamic world of digital marketing, she joined a digital agency working on strategies for different clients. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and climbing. At the end of 2021, she joined Miele X as Digital Campaign Manager.
