Job overview
The Product Manager – Post Sale Services (Websites) at Miele X is responsible for the business concepts to the final product for Post Sale Services of our ~50 consumer facing websites of Miele affiliates worldwide. In your role, you focus on improving customer journeys in the Services domain. You have a strong desire for helping customers finding their way to relevant support and product maintenance information. With a data driven and premium brand approach, the role is managing the concept, development, and design of the Post Sale customer experiences, and coordinates a diverse setup of digital communication functions. Working closely together with the Miele App and Services teams in the German head office, the content team, the creative team and IT, this role is an essential orchestrator to set up the Miele brand identity on owned digital touchpoints.
