Job overview
Miele X is looking for an Internal Account Manager! As a new member, you are going to be part of the Portfolio and Project Management team. You are responsible for managing the relationships of Miele X with various Miele Business Units, ensuring a common understanding of all important projects, roadmaps and ensuring delivery of value.
Your day-to-day job
- Deliver and continually optimise a blueprint for a way of working with Business Units, focused on improving effectiveness and streamlining communication.
- Develop an understanding of the Business Units strategies and sales focus and share knowledge among the eCommerce teams.
- Ensure a shared strategic view of the digital customer journey between Business Units and Miele X eCommerce. Drive and coordinate expert inputs for optimising digital customer journeys to drive conversion, and facilitate alignments with activation teams.
- Understand market potential for focus markets with respect to categories. Understand challenges and opportunities in the top markets for sales of key categories. Translate the understanding into optimised digital customer journey in close cooperation with the business unit and the experts in Miele X eCommerce.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with all focus Business Units. Understand the strategic focus, objectives, and needs of key contacts. Manage the relationship with Miele X eCommerce team.
- Manage an oversight across all initiatives related to Business Units in scope, understanding current status, and able to support or ensure delivery of prioritised initiatives as and when needed. The BU account manager strives to understand the value of initiatives in their scope and aid prioritisation within the departmental ways of working.
- Enable learning and best practices across the Business Units.

We are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a Business or Technology related field of study required.
- Experience within and a good understanding of an eCommerce environment is essential.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage projects, motivate teams and drive delivery.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
