Miele X is growing fast, and because of that, we are looking for a Customer Experience Manager. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will focus on setting out the customer experience strategy and continuously improving customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for supporting countries and business units with customer-centric insights and analysis across all Miele touchpoints along the customer journey. The main task is to support all relevant stakeholders on new Customer Experience (CX) initiatives and global projects to deliver a delightful and seamless 360° customer experience. This operational role will help the customer’s voice of the Customer program.

Your day-to-day job

  • You will be responsible for supporting countries and business units on global CX initiatives.
  • Develop and execute CX projects with Qualtrics / Surveying and dashboarding and the support for optimization of the global CX strategy.
  • Working closely with internal teams such as Market Research, Brand, CRM, and the Insights Data Strategy.
  • Maintain a global and multichannel perspective, create insights across all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage project partners and third-party vendors.
  • Measure and track customer satisfaction.

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in a business-related field or related discipline.
  • 3 years' experience in premium brand or FMCG industry with a consumer-centricity background.
  • Proven know-how and hands-on experience with Qualtrics or a comparable CX management platform.
  • Strong project management skills on a global scale and sharp analytical and problem-making skills.
  • Have a get-things-done mentality, paired with a data-driven mindset and good social competence and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel once a month within the EMEA region or to Germany.
