We are looking for
The Agile PMO officer with Customer Engagement Focus is a key function within Miele X’s operational excellence team, reporting to the Head of the Agile PMO’s. In this role you will support key stakeholders in the different CRM business teams of Miele’s global digital hub in the build-up of their organization and defining, prioritizing and developing cross-functional business projects to create industry-leading customer relations across touchpoints. Using agile project management methodologies, standards, and tools. The role owns and oversees key company processes and allows the business teams to scale and regain their most important resource: time! Previous experience as a project manager (CE) in a tech start-up/agile environment and strong relationship skills are preferred assets.
