We work with other Miele teams to deliver value for customers and Miele. By creating shopping experiences that are easy, fun and reflect our premium brand.
We use best-in-class content to articulate the premium nature of our products on key platforms, so customers know Miele is simply the best.

Continuously improving the Miele brand experience. And driving top-line sales and innovation based on insights from our customers around the world.

Performance Marketing Manager
We aim to get the right message to the customer, at the right time on the right channel or device, anywhere in the world. It’s about understanding which channels customers use and how. Creating global and local digital strategies. And combining insights to improve performance.
Our User Experience Optimisation (UXO) programme is taking each part of our customer journey in turn.
Researching the UX, updating the designs, testing the updates and rolling out improvements across our digital real estate to deliver best-in-class eCommerce customer experience. Recently included completely redesigning the Home Page, with very successful results for the business.
Enabling our global e-com organisation through content is a major challenge. We need the flexibility to customise content at a local level, while ensuring quality and consistency at a global level.
Our component library is the foundation and an accelerator to realise this. It creates the basis for our teams to build consistent and relevant country specific content pages, and it’s also interlocked at its foundation.
Amazon as a platform offers Miele more opportunities to reach our consumers and bring the brand’s products to life. We created best-in-class content to convey the premium and market-leading benefits of our Miele products for two new launches.
Senior Product Manager
Kapil grew up in India and started his career as a programmer before moving into consulting. After studying for an MBA, he worked in IT sales and then joined Philips, where he was responsible for launching websites end-to-end. He’s lived in France, Luxembourg and now the Netherlands, and joined Miele X eCom product team in 2020.
Senior UX/UI Manager
Eray is from Istanbul, and he worked in TV production before joining a creative 360 digital agency as a web designer. He became interested in eCommerce and moved into this sector, gaining UX and data experience. He moved to Amsterdam in 2017, and became the first member of the Miele X eCommerce team in 2020.
Head of Digital UX/UI
Originally from Canada, Terri studied photography and became interested in graphic design, soon realising she enjoyed being in the computer lab more than the photography dark room. She decided to take a web design course and pursued a career in digital design. With over 20 years’ experience in this field, she joined Miele X as our Head of Digital UX/UI.
Program Manager Channel Management
Geiske grew up in the Netherlands, but she’s spent time working on the Spanish island of Mallorca during her studies, and travelling in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. After graduating, she worked at Rabobank, and after returning from her travels, she gained Ecommerce and online marketplace experience at Booking.com, Rituals and Bugaboo. She joined Miele X as a Conversion Manager in 2021.
SEO/SEA Manager
Anna is originally from Italy, where she worked as a content manager and SEO manager in several verticals. When she moved to Amsterdam in 2015, she originally worked for Adidas and then Sonova. She joined Miele X as an SEO Manager in 2020.
