Information Management Reporting
Efficient information management reporting enables the business to develop, succeed and grow. So, this project’s about creating consistent digital business reporting and tracking company OKR’s.
We work closely with the procurement and financial reporting teams, as well as our Analytics Team on this.
Agile transformation
At Miele X we need the ability to adapt and change quickly to meet the needs of rapidly evolving global digital developments. So, we drive the adoption of the agile methodology to enable Miele X to deliver fast and ‘tested’ solutions for the end customer.
This includes configuring the IT landscape together with our IT team and setting up various trainings for our people.
Creating a Community Space at the Valley
We’re incredibly aware of the diverse needs of our colleagues. This is why we provide the environment where people can create at their very best.

Office Manager
As Miele X was growing fast, we needed more space. A high tech, innovative digital Community Space that’s as inspiring as our people, with room for everyone to experience the Miele brand. So, we chose Valley, a brand-new building in Amsterdam. Working with the developers, we designed it to be the Community Space of the future – pioneering, sustainable and really inclusive.

Stacey
Management Assistant
Operational Excellence
Stacey’s originally from Athens in Greece, where she gained a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Western Greece. With experience working in the finance and hospitality industries, she’s lived in Mykanos, London, Melbourne and now Amsterdam. She joined Miele X in November 2021 and also volunteers for the non-profit organisation, Act for Kids.
Halil
Agile PMO
Originally from Turkey, Halil has lived, studied, and worked in Finland, Hungary, Turkey, and the Netherlands. After working for a consultancy in Budapest and Turkish Radio Television in Istanbul, he won a Jean Monnet Scholarship from the EU Commission to study an MBA in Strategy & Digital Business at University of Amsterdam. He moved to the Netherlands in 2020 and joined Miele X.
Markus
Head of Agile PMO
Markus is from Germany and joined Miele in 2007 at HQ in Gutersloh, working across international market research and the organisation of international visits with external and internal stakeholders. In 2020, he was one of the three founding members of the Miele X Global Digital Hub. He’s a certified Project Management Associate and Scrum Master. As an Agile PMO at Miele X, he was also leading the move to the new Community Space at the Valley.
Anna
Office Manager
Originally from Estonia, Anna is half-Russian and has lived in the UK, where she studied for a Masters degree in chemical engineering. Working at Accor Hotels and Play Factore, she gained experience in everything from catering to managing a multi-venue business. She joined Miele X as an Office Manager in 2022.
