Bringing the best out in you
At Miele X, we aim to give you all you need to thrive with us. From a warm welcome to fantastic offices.
Our future depends on building, developing and growing a diverse team of digital experts. For HR, that means creating a positive, inclusive, development-focused vibe. Encouraging knowledge-sharing. And attracting and retaining great people across sectors, industries and countries.
We created a structured onboarding programme that helps new joiners feel at home straight away.
There’s a personalised welcome pack. An organised schedule of meetings with their manager and key day-to-day contacts. A series of introductory presentations. And a fun interactive onboarding game. With a buddy to answer their questions, it all helps them settle in quickly.
Diversity and inclusion stand at the core of our recruitment team, while we strongly focus on potential and growth of our colleagues and candidates.
As Miele X grows fast and takes on new talent, we support teams to develop their own identities and promote good collaboration and co-creation through the agile approach.
How? By developing a strong learning and development culture. Recruiting people from different sectors and backgrounds. Encouraging collaboration so they learn from each other. Training teams in agile working. And linking individual ambitions to business goals.
Our business relies on happy, healthy people. And Vitality supports and benefits our people’s well-being.
So, we focus on mental health, with access to career coaches and psychologists. Helping to turn stress into a positive. We offer educational sessions on nutrition and relaxation. And we encourage more movement and exercise, with a rewards-based programme and company challenges.
