With her roots in the Balkan, Tanja was born in the Netherlands where she grew up. After studying Human Resources, she has worked in HR for the last 20 years in mostly international organisations, in a variety of industries. She joined Miele X in September 2020 and has created the Miele X HR organisation, now leading a team dedicated to building the organisation, including establishing and implementing HR processes and best practices in all HR fields. She is also the Ambassador Member for Miele X of the BeyondGenderAgenda.
Coming from the Netherlands, Elisa has spent the first two years of her career in the hospitality industry, as her studies were focused on tourism management. After a year of travelling and working in Australia, New Zealand and Asia, she decided to start her decade long journey in Recruitment, where she joined Miele X as the first HR colleague and external recruiter in June 2020. Having loved working at Miele X, Elisa has permanently joined the company in May 2022 as a HR Generalist, switching her center of attention towards talent retention and HR process optimization.
Originally from Ukraine, Mariya’s experienced life in Slovakia, Belgium and the Netherlands. After working in executive recruitment in Ukraine, she moved to the Netherlands to work as an HR contractor, including at Miele X. She enjoyed working here so much, she joined the business as an HR Generalist, passionate to provide all Miele X colleagues with the best employee experience possible.
Anna was born in Poland and has lived in The Netherlands and Germany for 20 years. She studied for a degree in Human Resources whilst working as a Recruitment Coordinator for an international energy firm and gained experience in campus recruitment and employer branding. She joined Miele X in October 2021 as an HR Coordinator.
Originally from Croatia, Matea has moved to the Netherlands in 2016 to pursue her second master’s degree in economic and consumer psychology. Having worked for international companies like Heineken and Siemens, she has gained valuable experience in the field of marketing, communications and PR. Matea has joined Miele X in April 2022 as External Communications Manager, where she is responsible for employer branding. Besides being passionate about growing the Miele X brand, she also likes to study languages, of which she speaks five.
