Skillbook is a global knowledge sharing, collaboration and learning platform. Full of content developed by our marketing, digital, data and technology experts. It’s home to resources that help everyone at Miele to grow their digital skills, offering best practices and toolkits to gain meaningful insights.
With around 19,000 views a month, it’s enabling our global teams to deliver superior digital experiences for customers around the world.
We wanted to understand the best way for Miele X to work with Miele’s teams in different global markets.
So, we created a monthly collaboration programme. This helped the local market teams to understand our role and expertise. And we identified their priorities and where they needed help. So, together we could commit to meeting common goals.
Our aim is clear: To enable digital growth for Miele’s teams across 50 global markets.
We are running a number of initiatives to do this. It all starts with understanding their key challenges and needs. We use these insights to guide our Miele X experts in developing effective resources. And we encourage our local market experts to share their local successes. Enabling us to solve more challenges in more markets.
Head of Knowledge Management
Jinny started her career in South Korea but decided to follow her international aspirations and moved to the Netherlands where she studied Change and Business management. After this, she worked for Samsung Electronics creating actionable insights based on consumer research & data. As a next chapter, she joined Miele X as Senior Knowledge Manager, transitioning to Head of Knowlede Management in 2022.
Knowledge Content Specialist
Originally from Chile where she gained a degree in electronics engineering, Paulina began working as a customer service engineer, but she realized what she really enjoyed was problem solving and talking to people. She decided to change careers, studied design and marketing and moved to the Netherlands. She joined Miele X as an Intern In the eCom team and then permanently joined the Country Success team as a Knowledge Content Specialist.
Country Success Manager
Passionate about bridging business, technology and human capital, Jouvence is an international e-commerce strategist based in Amsterdam. With over 7 years of diverse experience in 5 countries, from online merchandising and trading, user experience to marketplace management, she has developed data driven strategies to boost E-commerce revenue for top brands. She joined Miele X in September 2021 as Country Success Manager.

Before joining Miele X in June 2021, Yali was building innovation programs to help multi-nationals in the luxury, beauty and finance industries accelerate their digital transformation. She’s also passionate about encouraging female entrepreneurs, so is active as a community leader and organizer for Techstars Startup Weekend Shanghai and Amsterdam.
