Website Channel Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and optimization of digital content for the Miele website (excl. webshop PDP, PLP).
This role involves working closely in a matrix structure with the Product Content team as well as the channel owners (MXA website) to ensure content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with the brand's objectives as well meeting any eCom sales objectives.

Your day-to-day job

Content channel Strategy

  • Develop the digital channel content strategy with a focus on the Miele website, with regards to messaging strategy and content requirements - in close collaboration with the MXA website team.
  • Implement and manage the content & comms strategy on the Miele website.
  • Based on central website KPI Framework, in alignment define content KPIs and track performance to optimize content.

Content Creation,  Management & distribution

  • Development of content for the Miele website related to brand and product campaigns (campaign LP concept incl. dedicated assets):  from briefing over creative concept evaluation to overseeing productions and postproduction as well as implementation toolkits. This content is derived from master content developed by the Product Content team
  • Development of channel content like Sub Category Page concepts or other more upper funnel content pages, product launch concepts as well as content to build the pages: from briefing over creative concept evaluation to overseeing productions and postproduction as well as implementation toolkits.
  • Ensure measurement and tracking capabilities are in place, so content can be tested, evaluated and optimized. 
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Budget management: spend resource efficiently & effectively; Responsible to comply with procurement & buying processes

Key interfaces

  • Ensure cross functional coordination of content and planning across Product Content and the channel owners.
  • Work closely with the Product content teams for campaign development.
  • Main SPOC for the channel owner during content creation projects
  • Management of creative digital agencies, their deliverables, offers and timelines.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders: eCom channel managers, Media & comms strategy for comms strategy & planning, campaign implementation guidance; other Channel specialists for  channel dedicated content; Key VGs: alignment along the creative process phases.
  • Working with the Purchase department on buying process.

We are looking for

  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • University degree in business studies, major in marketing / digital management or other relevant fields.
  • Experienced professional (3yrs) in digital marketing and advertising communication, with some media planning or performance marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong project management/campaign management skills.
  • Experience in working with a premium brand.
  • Collaboration & networking skills; team player.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • English proficiency (verbally and written).
