The Head of Finance Miele X and Digital Commerce supports the successful development of the entity of Miele X as well as the related management units, incl. the area of Digital Commerce through effective financial steering and business partnering to the Managing Director Miele X. Breakdown and enforcement of financial targets for Miele X and responsibility for (statutory and managerial) financial results. Orchestration of the financial processes within Miele X, including Controlling, Accounting, Procurement and all Compliance-related tasks. Application of group finance methodologies, tools and instruments to Miele X organization with respective adjustments, where appropriate.

• Improving financial development of Miele X through active financial management and business partnering to the Senior Vice President Digital Commerce/Managing Director of Miele X and Vice President Commercial Finance.
• Conduct financial analyses and communicate key financial developments frequently to Vice President Commercial Finance as well as Senior Vice President Digital Commerce/Managing Director Miele X and the Digital Commerce/Miele X Management Team.
• Offer financial guidance to Senior Vice President Digital Commerce/Managing Director and Digital Commerce/Miele X Management Team for key business decisions, incl. but not limited to financial planning, market and technological investments (A&CA, eCom, Data Analytics, etc.), and general cost development.
• Regular alignments on key developments with Commercial Finance Leadership Team.
• Ensure compliant local process execution and actively support process harmonization and standardization locally under functional guidance of the Vice President Commercial Finance, HQ and/or MGS.
• Operational responsibility for month-end and year-end closing of Mgt. P&L as well as statutory P&L, balance sheet and cash flow in Miele X.
• Operational responsibility of all taxation and all (financial/administrative) legal topics for the cluster (e.g. local compliance, local authority regulations).
• Compliance ambassador role for Miele X under the guidance of Vice President Compliance.
• Ensures internal and external accounting compliance and financial/fiduciary separation of duties.
• Local process optimization under the functional guidance of MGS, GTZ/AT, GTZ/TR (e.g. transfer pricing and local legal reporting).

• University Degree in business administration with major on Finance (or comparable).
• High business acumen & commercial mindset.
• Suitable Accounting education (e.g. CFA, CPA).
• 5-7y experience in a multi-national, multi-location and multi-lingual role.
• At least 1y initial leadership experience.
• Strong track record in Finance and of successfully executed projects.
• Good ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
