Your mission as a Digital B2B Activation Manager:

  • Enable eCommerce focused accounts to achieve revenue, traffic and margin goals by driving different initiatives.
  • Focus on driving sales through onsite activation measures.

What success will look like in two years:

  • Ensure a consistent YoY growth in sales – while preventing margin erosion – across key PurePlayers and Click&Mortars accounts identified on must-win markets
  • Leverage all different programs (across on-site marketing, content, logistic, NPI support, trade terms) intended to grow the performance of key accounts
  • Constantly develop best-practices around Activation topics to be cascaded across different markets

Key performance metrics for position:

  • Sales and traffic growth on key PurePlayers and Click&Mortars accounts across must-win markets
  • Account related ROI from on-site marketing programs
  • On-site visibility (Share of Search, Share of Category)
  • Account-related profitability

Your day-to-day job

  • Co-develop Local Activation Strategies: Partner with key local markets’ teams to co-develop tailored Activation strategies that align with
    their revenue and margin ambitions, with the final goal of generating incremental sales & traffic across key online retailers

  • Provide Daily Support to E-com KAMs: Support local eCom key accounts managers across global markets on identifying initiatives for
    improving accounts’ efficiency (ROI), sales growth, inventory health, promo planning, on-site visibility and profitability levels

  •  Activation Budget Management: contextualize historical trends with sales ambitions on specific accounts, allocating CO-OP budget across
    categories, products, targeting segments and available marketing capabilities (e.g. on-site sponsored ads, marketing banners, highlighted
    products) accordingly

  •  Performance monitoring & reporting:: Track and report on main KPIs (sales, traffic, ROI, Share of Search/Share of Category, margin, etc.)
    on a weekly basis, making data-driven adjustments to budget allocations as needed, leveraging Digital Shelf Analytics tools, Criteo/Amazon
    ads platform or native reporting console provided by retailers

  •  Develop Ad-Hoc Strategies for Peak Events: Create tailored strategies for promotional peak events, delivering real-time campaign
    optimizations (especially across Amazon accounts) and customized reports to maximize performance.

  •  Map customer journey: Leverage data extrapolated via different internal and external sources for generating shopper insights, as well as for
    mapping the on-site customer journey within key e-tailers and informing eCom B2B local strategies accordingly

  •  Global Activation Playbook: own a section of the Miele Global eTail Activation Playbook, intended to provide best practices to local teams
    for improving their performance across key retailers, by leveraging different “Activation levers” across various expertise

  •  Workshop with key retailers: Facilitate workshop with key (online) retailers, aiming to improve the overall relationship, as well as exchange
    intel on the customer journey and available marketing & data capabilities

We are looking for

  • Data analysis skills
  • Strategic account management experience (ideally with online retailers)
  • Strong expertise of Amazon ecosystem (Vendor/Seller Central, AMC, AMS, etc.).
  • Experience with retailers' On-site marketing solutions
  • Attitude of continuous learning in a dynamic work environment
  • Good understanding on how Click & Mortar business works
