About your workplace
Responsible for producing engaging and persuasive product related content that enhances the in-store shopping experience for OR MECs as well as third party Retail. This includes point-of-sale (POS) materials, window displays, Brand, product & feature copy, signage, and other promotional materials.
This role involves working closely in a matrix structure with the Product Content team as well as the channel owners (OR and Trade Marketing) to ensure content is engaging and aligned with the brand’s and channel’s objectives.
Your day-to-day job
Key responsibilities:
Content Creation, Management & distribution:
Development of all instore content related to product: from briefing over creative concept evaluation to overseeing productions and postproduction as well as implementation toolkits like:
POS Materials: Develop point-of-sale materials, such as product cards, shelf talkers, banners, and promotional signs, that highlight product features and benefits, driving purchase decisions
Catalogues and pricelists
Copy: Write brand, product & feature content for in-store displays, ensuring consistency in tone and voice with our brand, and tailored to the needs of different retail partners.
This content is either derived from master content developed by the Product Content team, or developed specifically for this channel’s purpose.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all materials meet high standards for accuracy, branding, and quality before deployment in retail environments.
Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone.
Budget management: spend resource efficiently & effectively; Responsible to comply with procurement & buying processes
Key interfaces
Ensure cross functional coordination of content and planning across Product Content and the channel owners (OR & Trade Marketing)
Work closely with the Product content teams for POS around campaign development
Main SPOC for the channel owner during content creation projects
Work closely with creative digital agencies, their deliverables, offers and timelines
Working with the Purchase department on buying process

We are looking for
Competencies/Skills for position:
The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.
Major in marketing / communication or other relevant fields
1+ years of experience in content development, retail marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the household appliances, consumer goods, or retail sectors.
Strong project management/campaign management skills
Experience in working with a premium brand
Collaboration & networking skills; team player
Excellent command of the English language with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with design principles for retail marketing.
