Enable local teams on achieving revenue, traffic and on-site visibility goals across key global online retailers
(PurePlayers, Amazon and Click&Mortars accounts)​

Focus on accelerating the online share of sales growth through on-site activation measures, while preventing margin
erosion​

Key Responsibilities:

• ​Co-develop Local Activation Strategies: Partner with key local markets’ teams to co-develop tailored Activation strategies that align with their revenue and margin ambitions, with the final goal of generating incremental sales & traffic across key online retailers​

• Partner-up with E-com KAMs: Work closely with local eCom key accounts managers across key global markets on identifying initiatives for improving accounts’ efficiency (ROI), sales growth, inventory health, promo planning, on-site visibility and profitability levels​

• Workshops with key retailers: Prepare and execute workshops with key (online) retailers, aiming to improve our digital positioning, spotting opportunities for accelerating the online growth as well as exchange intel on the customer journey and available marketing & data capabilities​

• On-site Activation Budget Management: Constantly optimize on-site advertising investments following revenue and visibility targets​

• Performance monitoring & reporting:: Track and report on main KPIs (online sales, online share of sales, traffic, ROI, Share of Search/Share of Category, margin, etc.) on a monthly basis, making  data-driven adjustments to budget allocations as needed, leveraging Digital Shelf Analytics tools, Criteo/Amazon ads platform or native reporting console provided by retailers and external tools (e.g. Pacvue)​

• Develop Ad-Hoc Strategies for Peak Events: Create tailored strategies for  promotional peak events, delivering real-time campaign optimizations (especially across Amazon accounts) and  customized reports to maximize performance. ​

• Map customer journey: Leverage data extrapolated via different internal and external sources  for generating shopper insights, as well as for mapping the on-site customer journey within key e-tailers and informing eCom B2B local strategies accordingly​

• Global Activation Playbook: Own a section of the Miele Global eTail Activation Playbook, sharing proven activation levers and best practices to help local teams maximize their impact across key retailers.​

Competencies/Skills for position​:

• Data anlysis​

• Strategic online account management​

• Strong expertise of Amazon ecosystem (Vendor/Seller Central, AMC, AMS, etc.) and/or other online retailers​

• On-site advertising​

• Financial (basic) skills​

• Good understanding how click&mortar business works
