About the role
You’ll report to the Head of CRM and work very closely with three highly motivated and professional CRM Managers. The central team supports markets all over the world and is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives.
Your day-to-day job
Your Responsibilities

Implement the global CRM strategy for owned markets across email, app messaging, weblayers, SMS, print, and more

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets, including email KPIs and technical metrics

Consult with local markets on campaign strategies and promotional activities

Oversee reporting and forecasting at global, regional, and market levels

Build and manage campaign scenarios directly within our customer engagement tool (Bloomreach), ensuring operational execution of CRM strategies

Roll out new automations and enhancements based on prototypes from the Database Manager

Conduct campaign performance analyses and behavioral trend reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement new CRM projects and data integrations

Promote CRM best practices and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders

Deep understanding of CRM channels and campaign optimization techniques

Strong skills in campaign analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting

Proficient in CRM platforms (Bloomreach is a plus) and understanding of technical KPIs

Experience in streamlining workflows and automating CRM processes

Skilled in managing CRM initiatives and cross-functional collaboration

Effective communicator and advisor to internal and external stakeholders

Html and/or Json knowledge is a plus
