Job overview
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will help to drive revenue growth and enhance global brand awareness for the e-commerce business by helping to steer the global strategy, implementation, and optimization across all performance channels. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting top-line growth, customer acquisition, and traffic initiatives. Collaborating closely with the global digital marketing ecosystem, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will accelerate the impact of growth strategies and optimization programs. This position is crucial in identifying marketing trends, emerging technologies, best practices, competitor activities, and testing opportunities to guide regional functions.
As a member of the central team, you will collaborate with various departments, including content, onsite performance, data analysis, and brand, to support local teams in scaling E-Commerce revenue. You will work closely with our newly established global agency partner, innovating operational strategies, setting industry-leading standards for campaign management, spearheading our test-and-learn initiative, and advocating for data-driven decision-making.
