Job overview

In this exciting and highly interdisciplinary role, you will create data-based analyses for our specialist departments and thus create transparency in the impact measurement of digital advertising and communication measures. You will be happy to advise internal stakeholders in the context of digital marketing and online sales on the basis of a sound database.

You are also responsible for usage measurement services and the technical implementation of the respective tracking concept.

Furthermore, you support our online sales channel with value-added analyses & visually appealing dashboards and thus provide essential impulses for further development.

Your day-to-day job

  • Ensure seamless tracking of all digital platforms, app services, and all online marketing campaigns using Google Analytics
  • Working closely with Online Marketing and external agencies to optimize online campaigns, especially Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Search Engine Optimization, (SEO) and Display and their reporting
  • Design & execution of data-driven personalization measures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as marketing, content, project teams & front- and backend development
  • Preparation of complex analyses & derivation of recommendations for action in the digital environment
  • Ensuring key technical & functional developments & best practice in digital analytics
  • Preparation of visually appealing dashboards in Adobe & Excel for the respective stakeholders
  • Creation of data links to further e.g. offline company data, as the basis for holistic reporting
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least once a month within the EMEA region or to Germany

We are looking for

  • Completed studies with a focus on business (FH / Uni), business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the field of web and app tracking in Google Analytics
  • Distinct analytical, structured and interdisciplinary way of thinking and working
  • You know the value of data and how to handle and use data in a hypothesis-based way
  • You are a strong communicative personality with very good skills in understanding requirements and explaining opportunities
  • You can easily communicate complex issues at various levels verbally & graphically
