We are looking for
As the Recruitment Lead, you will report to the Head of HR, and will be responsible for contributing to the strategy and execution of talent acquisition plans of Miele X. In this role, you will support the business to identify needs and then facilitate the effective implementation of recruitment initiatives in and across different departments and levels of the business.
Besides strategic activities, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle. You will develop and manage sourcing strategies, and assess and interview candidates while guiding and coaching hiring managers through the process of attracting and onboarding best-in-class and diverse talent.
Another key responsibility will be leading the work of our recruitment team. You will manage resources to ensure effective delivery, set priorities for the team, and support them in day-to-day activities.
