As the MadTech Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven, personalized experiences that resonate with our customers.

Your day-to-day job

  • MadTech Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive MadTech strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Business Data Insights: In alignment with our Data department coordinates the business needs and information flow, management of and integrating from a business point of view the integration of the MadTech platforms into our existing data platform
  • Customer Segmentation: Utilize data insights to define and refine customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation: Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools.
  • Personalization: Drive personalization efforts to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analysis and Reporting: In collaboration with our Data department, identify important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a performance-driven business and provide regular reporting on marketing performance indicators.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

How you’d spend your day

  • Lead and implement projects from system integration to data management, analytics, and activation.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for efficient project execution.
  • Operations management of data-driven omnichannel activation and strategies for customers, with a performance-based orientation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that align with client's business goals and objectives.
  • Conducting in-depth data assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improving data quality, integration, and utilization.
  • Managing and leading MadTech convergence strategies for clients, ensuring seamless integration of MarTech and AdTech for improved targeting and engagement.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams, external stakeholders, and technology providers to ensure efficient project execution and successful delivery of services.

We are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing Marketing and Ad tech strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the growing MadTech ecosystem, including the latest trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
