Job overview

The Management Assistant eCommerce is a key team member of the eCommerce team, offering daily support to the VP & Directors of eCommerce. You will play a crucial role in enabling the senior management roles to be more focused and work more efficient. Main tasks include managing administrative & organizational tasks with minimal input in a fast-paced environment, planning of meetings to effectively organize and execute communication with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, this role will play a supporting role in creating presentations and updates of eCommerce. You will be part of a team that is being shaped, that creates a dynamic environment to learn and further develop. For the start, you will report directly into the VP of eCommerce.

Your day-to-day job

  • Offer day-to-day organizational support to the directors & VP of the eCommerce team by managing their calendars and other administrative & organizational tasks with minimal input.
  • Build up structure for team meetings and follow-up on actions, both with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively organizes and executes communication internally and with external stakeholders on planned meetings, actions and next steps.
  • Support the eCommerce senior leadership team in preparing for presentations by gathering relevant information & data and doing checks on the content.
  • Provide administrative support and ad hoc reporting, such a with setting up purchase orders

We are looking for

  • Min. 3-5 years of successful track record as a management assistant in a fast-paced working environment
  • Very structured and self-organized, keen attention to detail. Takes ownership on tasks with little direction.
  • Acknowledged communicator at all levels with a hands-on attitude with experience in international, cross-functional team & agile ways of working.
  • Effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels, strong relationship builder.
  • Computer skills, include advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent business English. German is a plus.
