During a working day, you secure that our employees and candidates experience a high-quality, efficient and flawless experience. You’ll have the chance to be involved in a wide range of topics and activities, and will have the time to develop yourself on the job by partaking in ongoing projects. Topics that you take on involve matters such as inflow, throughflow and outflow, absenteeism management and health and safety matters, correspondence, and taking care of HR reports and improvement projects to improve our employee experience. Part of the job is to deal with ad hoc questions and topics, and it’s critical you easily switch between different tasks. Accuracy, flexibility and a customer mindset are critical to be successful in this position. Communication with many stakeholders at all levels in the organization is easy for you, and you’re comfortable expressing yourself in English (the company language).
