We are looking for
The Head of Onsite Performance is responsible for developing the growth plans for Miele’s webshops of premium home appliances to continuously improve revenue and user satisfaction. This role collaborates with eCommerce and other internal teams across the complete global organization to accelerate onsite performance programs and processes with target to increase revenues based on data analysis and insights. The Head of Onsite Performance is new within eCommerce Dpt and one of the main responsibilities is to build up a strong team. The analysis of D2C (ecommerce) future trends, data and consumer insights will shape the development of the strategic roadmap for the current and the next years for the new created team.
The role reports to eCommerce Sales Director and the ideal candidate is data driven, team leader, collaborator, problem solver with deep understanding of eCommerce and D2C.
