Job overview
As a eCommerce Manager (Value Added Services) you are responsible for increasing the online conversion and growing the customer satisfaction on our web shops with eCommerce tools and services. This role will drive the business development of eCommerce tools (ie Product Advisor, Ratings & Reviews) and D2C services including the launch, test, and maintenance plan for Miele webstores in global scale. The main task for this role is to lead business development initiatives, test the results based on clearly set business goals, build business cases and take the responsibility for the global procurement, roll-out, and maintenance. The Added Value Services Manager collaborates with Content, Onsite Performance, Product teams, IT/Technology, external Partners, and local countries to create additional revenue streams with different D2C initiatives and optimization programs.
