The eCommerce Coordinator (Amazon Content & Campaigns) is responsible for program management and day-to-day operations of various projects in the Channel Management team. Main tasks include coordinating cooperation processes with key partners and stakeholders, planning follow-ups to effectively organize and execute communication with internal and external partners and stakeholders. This role will support the Amazon Campaign and Conversion Managers to key content and advertising projects depending on the seasonality and the prioritization. This role collaborates with the complete Channel management team, local teams, and other internal teams as part of eCommerce Sales Department.

Your day-to-day job

  • Coordinate processes with key partners and stakeholders. Making sure that key projects’ information and data are delivered and aligned between all parties, related to the project;
  • Keep track of content uploads and do regular checks of advertising performance;
  • Work with various internal teams and markets to develop projects structure, actions plan, KPIs development and performance based on data analysis;
  • Support the team in coordination of various projects, including constant updates of roadmaps and checking deadlines. Develop  interal processes and ways of working for new projects;
  • Coordinate Campaign and Conversion Managers for key strategic projects with planning, data analysis, action plan and follow ups;
  • Facilitate Channel Management team in preparing for strategic presentations by gathering and evaluating relevant information and data.

We are looking for

  • Ideally Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing / digital brand management and other relevant fields;
  • Experience in Amazon (Campaigns, Advertising and Content) and other Pure Players in a global organization is appreciated but it isn’t mandatory;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ideally in complex international environments;
  • Team orientation and focus on building long-term working relationships with key partners and stakeholders;
  • Self-organized and eye for detail in a fast-paced environment and accountable to timelines. Project management, consulting, marketing experience preferred;
  • Top and effective communicator able and comfortable in communicating with various teams, (non-) technical audiences, local stakeholders and difference levels of seniority. International mindset, and fluent business English;
  • A strong team player; leading cross functional teams within Miele X and local countries.
