We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Visualization Expert to join our Data, Governance, and Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing data visualizations to help our organization make data-driven decisions. The role involves working with stakeholders across the business to understand their data needs and to develop engaging visualizations that communicate insights clearly and effectively.
Your day-to-day job
- Design and develop complex data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using industry-leading tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their data needs and develop visualizations that meet those needs.
- Ensure that data visualizations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Optimize visualizations for performance and usability, making sure they can be easily accessed and understood by end-users.
- Participate in data analysis and data modeling efforts to inform and support visualization development.
- Work with other members of the data team to promote best practices in data visualization and ensure the team is leveraging the latest tools and techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends and new developments in data visualization and related fields.

We are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing complex data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using industry-leading tools.
- Strong proficiency in at least one industry-leading data visualization tool.
- Strong understanding of data visualization design principles and the ability to create engaging and insightful visualizations.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis and modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
