Your mission
This role will concentrate on consolidating consumer behavior and market trends data, effectively placing them in Digital Business teams core processes to be leveraged, while also building the infrastructure and tools necessary to support the entire market insights function. Digital Commercial Market Insights Manager will ensure that insights are accurate, accessible and actionable.
Your day-to-day job
Key responsibilities:
- To enhance the outside-in perspective by consolidating 3rd party consumer behavior and market trends data relevant for Digital Business.
- Ensure market insights data is effectively placed to guide Digital Business teams and improve business outcomes.
- Develop and implement tools, dashboards, and systems to standardize the way market insights are collected, processed and shared across teams. Ensure tools are actionable, user-friendly and data usage is compliant.
- Collaborate with CMI team to consolidate relevant insights on consumer behavior, market trends and competitors from third-party data sources that support market intel-driven decision-making for eCommerce.
- Identify potential blind spots early, helping business teams address challenges before they impact performance.
What success will look like in two years:
- Consumer, competitor and other market relevant insights available in the Miele world are leveraged efficiently and effectively to support the Business teams in data-driven decision-making.

- Actionability of insights.
- Insight reporting frequency.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with insights provided.

We are looking for
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce markets and consumer behavior, ideally with experience in multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Experience developing scalable tools and systems for gathering and analyzing market insights.
